About Hannah Andrews

Hannah has found her home on the Sunshine Coast which she has called home now since 2003. Reality Awareness is the creation of Hannah’s evolving life, consciously teaching others to positively change their lives to live a life full of connection, wisdom and healthy relationships.

Growing up in Perth, Western Australia, a dysfunctional family system found Hannah with an unhealthy connection through her peers as a teenager. This led into high-risk drug taking, which continued until she hit rock bottom in 2005. Lightworker Practitioner Training turned her life around as she was certified on completion with this life changing training.

Moving to Brisbane in 2006 saw the experience of Yoga transform her life even more profoundly. With a committed practice of Yoga and living the Principles of Lightworker Practitioner Training, she moved from a lifestyle of partying and undesirable behavior, to one of a healthier way of relating to oneself and others.

In 2007, the love of the beach was calling and she moved south to the Gold Coast. Training as a Yoga Teacher whilst pregnant in 2008 brought about a huge learning in responsibility and self-love as she stepped away from a domestic-violent relationship. The Sunshine Coast was calling, and at the end of 2009 she moved back to where she now feels grounded, safe and at peace after coming out of post-natal depression.

Practising Aware Parenting with her daughter, Hannah is passionate about providing tools to parents to help support their children to create healthy emotional connection as a family. Facilitating Lightworker Practitioner Training has enable Hannah to live a life lead by Spirit and is passionate about teaching others to connect and heal their relationship with their own Higher Power to fulfil their own dreams and live the life they want.

Hannah teaches with authenticity and awareness and trusts that the experience you have from being in her presence, will start the beginning of positively transforming your world.
