With the shift into Unity consciousness occuring on our planet right now, it is not that there is 'new' spiritual energies coming through - it is that we are becoming more sensitive to them. It is not that we are 'ascending' into higher planes, it is that our Light body is descending into our physical body. It is now more than ever, that we need to listen to our heart, to our intuition. Actually, it isn't that now more than ever we need to listen to our intuition, it is that the price we pay for not listening is far too high.

The time and space we are in now, is about connecting the head with the heart. About grounding the spiritual into the physical. Not only from the head to the heart centre, but to right to the earth - to our base chakra. This can be extremely uncomfortable for some - if they choose. We will either consciously choose to take responsibility for our actions, thoughts and feelings, work through our stuff and take our power back or we can go against the grain - and this is where the physical and mental ailments/dis-eases come into play. It is like gravity, this shift in consciousness. Everyone is affected by it whether they are conscious of it or not. Consciously choosing to follow your intuition makes the transition all that more smooth. Unity consciousness is about acknowledging, learning from and embracing all parts of yourself that is reflected through other people.
The disconnection that has been for so long, is being shown with the amount of natural disasters that are occurring throughout the world - it is bringing people together - bringing us back to Unity. With all the violent protests happening in countries around the world - people taking a stand for their freedom - this is all part of people becoming aware of themselves - they have a right to freedom, they have a choice to their life. They deserve freedom.
Unity consciousness comes with shining the light on all the darkness that has been hidden throughout the current past. Things like the truth about fluoridisation in our 'drinking' water for instance.
I was told about Today Tonight this week investigating the chemicals that reside in our big chain supermarkets fruit and veg. The truth is coming out for people to then consciously choose for themselves - to open their eyes, make better choices and take responsibility for themselves and their families - or to keep their eyes closed and keep pretending. However, the price they pay for pretending will be great.
It is the times of emergency that heros emerge without even thinking about it. Tradegies that are occurring around the world, people don't think about things - they just do them. When asked by media - "What were you thinking when you saved them?" They generally respond, they don't know, they just did it. It is in these moments, that they are present, in this moment, doing what they feel they need to.
Right now is the time to be in the right now. The same message is coming through, through all the channelled and conscious messages that I am being sent - it is time to be in the now. As I wrote above, the price we pay is too high for going against what our intuition is telling us. Energy comes in waves and cycles, and it is much like the ocean. A wave comes in and you can catch it (listening and following your inner guidance), or you can try and swim against it (doing something you think you 'should' be doing).
There is always so much to do and at times, it seems there is sooo much! There is a list of things I need to do and with my projects in the works, it is all I can think about and how much there is do to on it!! I had an experience the other day I would like to share:
With this project, there is alot to do on it. I also have other tasks, like being a mother and other things I need to to! The other night I was feeling under pressure and felt quite anxious about having so much to do. I had to cook dinner and then get everything ready and then all the other stuff I had to do to! It was all swirling around in my mind and I was getting more and more uptight and angry and anxious. I then screamed (in my mind) - ENOUGH!!!!!!!!! I had had enough! Enough of the darn brain chatter! I made a decision to be presently conscious of what I was doing throughout cooking dinner. I then felt my feet on the floor, heard the sound of Adaya laughing with Woochy barking, the sound of the stove exhaust fan, the tv noise, the temperature of the air and my lungs moving in and out with every breath. I consciously chose to stay present. Then it came, 'but you have this to do and what about this'? - NO! I shouted (in my mind!) NO! Then I heard it again, the sound of the tv, the exhaust fan, looking out of my eyes seeing the pot bubbling as I stirred it. Feeling the sensation of the cold tiles beneath my feet. The more I practised, the more easier it became.
I experienced something I had not experienced before - peace - in a way I had not felt it before. Nothing to think about, except what is going on right now. It was in these moments of presentness that I had information come through.
When we are in the moment, but too busy to be here - thinking about all the things that we have to do - we are missing precious life right now. We are missing this moment, this very human experience of cooking dinner in all of it's essence. When we are actually present in the moment, feeling every experience of being in the moment, we are actually in fact, experiencing life in all of its essence.

But what about all the stuff I have to do!? I hear you say...
When we are very conscious of this moment we are in right now, we bring in peace. The only thing stopping us from feeling peace in any one moment is our constant mind chatter about things we have to do in the future or the things that happened in the past. When we are in the present moment, absorbing all of its essence, we are in the flow. We already know what we have to do - we have that list, it is all written down, either on paper or in our head (best to get it out so one step easier to stop thinking about it!), the list of things will always be there to do and we can choose - to lose precious moments of right now with thinking of those things that are there to do, or we can fully embrace and experience the right now - with all of your senses.
When we can let go and be in the moment, we are actually catching that wave into shore - we are riding the energy of right now. If you thought you were going to do something after lunch then when you finished eating lunch, you actually felt like doing something else, go with that. When you follow what it is you feel like and stay present with that, you are using the wave to your advantage so to speak. You save time riding on the wave, rather that using all that time and energy to swim against it. If you are trying to get something done and it is not working and you are getting angry because you want to finish it, realise that you are probably swimming against that very strong wave! Leave it until later - let go and get present again. When you think you 'should' be doing something (notice the 'think' = head), you are going against the wave. When you do what you feel (heart) like doing (ie taking that afternoon nap), you are riding that wave.
We need not worry that by becoming present in this moment we are going to forget what it is we have to do. Our intuition is always guiding us the quickest, easiest and most comfortable way of doing things (riding that wave), we won't forget what we have to do. When you finish one task, we are then guided one step at a time what we have to do next. If you feel you need to write a list so you don't forget - write it - but don't be locked into the certain order things have to get done. Trust yourself to stay present - feeling with all your senses - and get everything done, quicker than you originally thought.
Don't beat yourself up for not being present. When you realise you are not present, you are in fact present again. Practise, practise, practise.
When I became extremely present and those messages came through - it wasn't like the constant mind chatter - it sounded different, it came from a different space - I heard it in a different location in my head - I felt it in my heart. When you are present with what you are doing, it allows for the stillness required for you to hear and feel those internal voices - the sound of your intuition. It allows for you to hear the next step.
