Grounding our Spiritual Selves into our Physical Bodies

We are all born of the same one and only Source. All religions lead to the one and only God. We all come from the same Source, we are all Brothers and Sisters here on this planet we call Earth. We are all learning to love one another, to see ourselves in the other. We are all learning to love ourselves. The more we hate another, the more we are hating ourselves. The more we hate what is going on from the dark, evil and war on Earth, the more we are disowning ourselves, this part of ourselves, for we are all born of the same Source and we all return to the same Source. The dark, evil and war that is going on on Earth, is the biggest role they can play. They are turning us to the Light. They are showing us what we don't want, they are teaching us that we too can be this part. They are teaching us to love more parts of ourselves. For when we embrace this part of us that is dark, we are integrating, and in effect, healing the world.

We are all vibrating condensed bits of energy. We are Spiritual beings experiencing life on the Physical plane. Grounding down into our physical bodies can be challenging for some, due to hurts, pain, trauma. This can be from this life or previous. As we step forward on our journey, it is important to embrace techniques, tools and support that help our Spiritual selves become grounded and feel safe being grounded in our physical bodies. It is important to heal from our past.

Yoga is great one for getting us in our bodies. If you are not outside, imagine you are outside. Feeling the breeze, the warmth of the sunshine, or the coolness of the air upon dawn. As is walking upon the Earth - consciously. Take your shoes off and feel - consciously feel each step. Feel what it feels like to feel the grass beneath each foot. Feel the sensation of your skin touching the grass. Wiggle your toes into the Earth - feel it. Feel each step as you walk on the beach. Feel the sand, feel the sensation of the water at your feet. Consciously connecting to the Earth, is what we are here for. To experience it, to feel connected to it. We are born of it and we return to it. The Earth is our drum, we can walk in tune with the Earth, feeling relaxed, connected, at Peace, Here.

Meditation is great for connecting us in and allowing that connection to lead us to more deeper experiences. Mediation can be of sitting still, moving or embracing the now. It is all a meditation, if you choose to consciously connect in every moment. There is no point in meditating for 10 mins in the morning and losing that connection once you get off your pillow. Grounding our Spiritual into the physical is all about experiencing human life on earth and staying connected through this. Building a strong foundation with your connection to yourself and ultimately to the Divine is what life on earth is all about. Once this strong connection and foundation is met, it opens the door for healing, for deep love, for safety, for healthy, for peace on earth.

Why do we need to be grounded in our physical body? To bring our true selves to this Earth. And what does that mean? When we allow ourselves the healing from past pain, hurt and trauma, it allows room for change. Allowing room for change, we learn to feel safe in the safety of Peace, of Joy. Of Happiness. As Marianne Williamson states -
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our Light, not our darkness that most frightens us."

By using techniques to ground our Spiritual Selves, for that is what we are in essence, Spirit, grounding into the physical, we give ourselves a base. We can grow from here. We can spread shoots like a tree, and flower and fruit. We have a foundation, a connection and from here we can blossom. We can feel safe and confident, strong and aware. We bring our passions to Light and share our gifts with the world. We live with passion, purpose and feel at Peace.
