Day #29: What You Actually See

Pure Training. That's all. You were trained for 12 years (or so/not!) at school - they brain trained you a certain way.... you did it for 12 years... you can put in some dedicated brain training now - to be able to be how you really want to be.. instead of how they made you so.. 

Think about it - 12 Years (or so) you did that for..... 

So when you - feel like giving up - or go a day without doing your mindset/energy/self care/project dedications to create the life you really want - just remember - you sat there for 12 years! 

It can give you the motivation to keep going... on that day... 

Because when you look back in 5 or 10 years time - you will be glad you didn't miss a day - why? 


And that is when it 'carries itself' 'becomes normal'. 

And the message I am getting is - just finish this decade. So where are you at in your decade that you are in - just finish your decade - so if you are 25, you've got 5 years. If you are 33, you've got 7 years... just as an example of a goal - remember - you sat there for 12 years! 7 is nothing ðŸ˜˜

Okay - so this - What You Actually See? 

Train yourself - to see the Light in everything. 

See it, feel it, know it, sense it, hear it - in everything: 

~ the person you don't like
~ the cat walking across the street
~ the garbage disposal place
~ the office you don't like
~ the people you do like
~ the tree
~ the food in the super market
~ the air you breathe
~ everything

What do I mean by this? 

Well - when you can train yourself to see it, feel it, know it, sense it, hear it - the light in everything - 

What are you focusing on? 

What energy are you drawing into you? 

What are you activating?

What are you training yourself to 'go to' of the first thing?

Once you start training yourself to - 

See/feel/sense/know/hear that spark of divine light in every living thing AND important: every non-living thing - THAT is when you become the ULTIMATE transformer. 

Let alone activating LIGHT within YOURSELF 


Everything around you... 

THAT is when life becomes magical.. 

When you can sense the Light in everything, have healthy boundaries with LIFE and totally hold your ground and create deep momentum in your life - so that it carries you. 

All you need to do is turn up and appreciate LIFE. 

Because the Light you are focusing on.. 

Is reflected back to you..
