When was the last time you cleared your energy? Yesterday? Last week? Last month? Last year? Can you… imagine not having a shower for that long? You’d be pretty smelly and dirty right?
The first thing to do, when you are feeling:
~ lost
~ confused
~ not sure
~ angry
~ can’t sleep or waking in the night
~ excess worrying
~ anxiety
Is to clear your energy.
This is the number 1 step to use, when you need to run through your self care checklist so you know you are clear and centred and YOU.
We are energy beings, we are made up of atomic particles that are vibrating at different densities. Even the air around us isn’t really space in between us, it is just a different density of vibration.
We don’t need to be in the vicinity of someone to pick up their energy. Carrying their energy, this goes into an entirely separate conversation on why you would be carrying someone’s energy, yet the key here is, that is if you are not clearing your own energy frequently, you won’t be aware of what energy is yours and what energy isn’t yours.
Yes, it takes practise to clear your energy, just like learning to drive a car, it was all a bit new and overwhelming in the start, but now, I bet you don’t even think too much about driving your car, you just do it.
Same applies to learning how to clear your energy.
The key here is doing it. Even when it doesn’t feel like it is doing anything. Because ESPECIALLY when it feels like you aren’t really doing anything, this is sooo key, as you are strengthening your intuitive/psychic muscles when you are doing this. The ‘I’m not getting any messages, or it doesn’t feel like it did anything’ - is actually golden, because you are deeply coming into a space of energetically/intuitively/psychically listening to the unseen world and are fine tuning your muscles to be open, aware and receptive to any messages. This is a golden piece of strengthening your intuition.
It is almost like having a shower when you ‘aren’t really dirty’ - you are still getting clean yes?
So when you feel like you aren’t getting any messages or that ‘it didn’t work’ - you are using your psychic/intuitive muscles - so you are exercising them. It’s like going to the gym, you might feel a tad better for your first time at the gym, but won’t see results in one day, but over time, you will notice a huge difference.
Clearing your energy doesn’t have to take long, but it is something that should be done frequently, especially when you are going through a big change, stressed or have other things going on around you in your space. Basically anytime 😉
The best times to clear your energy:
~ Anytime!
Yet, it should be made habit, just like brushing your teeth or having a shower.
Don’t have time to clear your energy? Do you make time to brush your teeth and shower? Yes, otherwise you would not feel so good after a while right?
It is the same here with your energy.

And the intuition that came through strongly this morning is to share MANY techniques with you over the month of August - everyday I will be sharing a simple, but effective energy clearing technique here for you, so get ready for an amazing month of simple and effective ways to clear negative energy.
I was a little nervous when I realised - the entirety of August - that’s a lot of ways to clear energy! I also got excited as I realised that means I will be channeling new ways of techniques of how to clear energy, as I know I already know a lot of ways to do this, but August has 31 Days, so that is 31 ways to clear negative energy - I am excited to see what streams through me to share with you starting Wednesday!
However you - probably need to clear your energy right now right?
Okay, so as I mentioned, practise, practise, practise. I am passionate about showing you ways to clear your energy without having to plug in an audio meditation and clear your energy through a meditation. (and this 31 Days of August, will show you many techniques how 😍)
Yet, in saying that, if you don’t have a meditation ritual, it can be phenomenal growth for you spiritually, mentally, emotionally and for those psychic muscles to increase FROM having a meditation ritual.
There are 3 ways that I share with my clients to STICK TO a meditation ritual, because that is usually the hardest part to do such - is the long term commitment to it right? You may start out, but then you stop for whatever reason in your daily life right?
Just to clarify - there are MANY ways to meditate, an entire book could be written on the different types here, yet, here I am speaking to ‘meditation’ for a clearing your energy sense okay?

So the 3 ways:
1. If you don’t remember the last time you meditated and rarely meditate, maybe once a year or once every few weeks, then I recommended choosing a day in your week that works for you and sticking to that day. So for example every Wednesday is your meditation day. To start with, make a commitment to do the Internal Compass Chakra Clearing Meditation every Wednesday for the month of August, so that is 5 Wednesday’s starting from this coming week. 

The reason I mentioned just every Wednesday, is that it makes it manageable for you in your busy day to day life. It is doable. You stick to it. Always remember, the 3rd week will be the hardest so make notes in your diary or calendar or reminders on your phone to help you stick to it on this week.
You don’t need to stick to a specific time on the Wednesday. Whilst a strict meditation routine is awesome to strengthen discipline, commitment and your intuitive muscles, if this is all a bit new to you, the best way is just to say on Wednesday. That way, if you do it on the Wednesday morning the first week, but the second week, you are rushing off to work and think whoops I didn’t have time to do my meditation - you still have the rest of Wednesday to get it done, which means you are sticking to your commitment to yourself and your Soul, your self worth and your confidence in who you are, let alone self love, starts to increase, meaning happy you 😉 So, which day will you commit to for the month of August?
2. If you meditate fairly regularly, say a few times a month, or several times this past few months, then you can increase your commitment to a routine commitment for August for 2 or 3 times a week. Again, same as above, if you can commit to certain days, it gives you a guide to work with, ie Monday, Wednesday and Thursday are your meditation days.
3. If you meditate very frequently, let’s bump this up to every single day for the month of August. Now, two factors here, depending on your currently lifestyle/work schedule and more, if you are going to commit to everyday in August, find a particular meditation that you can ‘manage’ every day. Meaning, what amount of time can you commit to everyday? A good amount of time, is 20 minutes with still mind meditation. However, you can also choose around 10 minutes to commit to as well instead. The beauty of choosing 10 minutes, is that over the course of the commitment of everyday for a month, it is manageable and you can stick to it. If one day, you feel like meditating longer, then of course you can meditate longer, but if on one particular day, you have a full schedule, 10 minutes, helps you to be able to commit to your long term goal of the entirety of August. The beauty about using a timer, is that then you don’t have to be worrying about how long you’ve been sitting there and can just focus on deepening your breath. So, 10 or 20 minutes commitment for you, for the month of August?

Connect your Heart Frequency with our Earth Mother Frequency and consciously intend to reset your energy this way, simply by asking and stating, ‘I now choose to release any energy that is not mine. I allow the Sunlight of our Father Sun, to cleanse me and shine my light bright, just like the Sun. I allow my Heart and energy frequency to realigned back to my Natural state. Thankyou.’
Breathe deeply as you do this, absorb the sunlight in through the pores of your skin, through into your blood, your DNA, and breathe it in deeply.
Imagine/see it igniting your inner passion, through your DNA, igniting your true hearts desires, the passion and all the resources to carry out your Souls mission.
Just because you are. You were born for this, it is in your DNA. Your Life Purpose is yours. Breathe it in.
