So many choices, so many people sharing what is right out there relating to foods, diets, cleanses and the conflicting advice is making you a bit overwhelmed or confused. You try one thing, seems like you get worse, try another and then other things happen and this… is your sign to only do what is right for you. There are a few important factors with this. When you change your diet and stick to it - your body will go into detox. The LONGER you stick with your new diet/cleanse - the deeper your cellular shifts will undergo. So - you’ll get sicker before you get better - this is the purge - so whatever you commit to - see it all the way through. You’re being asked to ‘shop around’ - find what is right for you, but then stick with the one thing and zone out of any other information that will throw you off path. One thing at a time with this process. Perhaps you already know what to do and so this is your sign to do what you know works for you in what you’re being shown and guided to do with this cleanse/diet change. This may be about going vegetarian/vegan for sure - or it might be something else that is more suitable. I believe there is a time and a place for every type of food out there for different seasons of our life - the key is knowing what season you’re in to what is right for your diet change/cleanse. There is something on your mind - for quite some time actually - that just in the last 12 hours, you have had a big shift about. Card #6: Emotional Sensitivity. “Honour and respect your deep sensitivity as it is a gift to us all!”

Phew, what a wild ride the last month has been… and insert - the last 6 months! It feels like it hasn’t stopped right? If you have been feeling not only wiped or agitated or just feel like everything is a lot right now - even the good things - you’re being shown just how much energy you’re picking up all at once. I am sensing that you are realising the depth of how sensitive you are - in so many ways and one way in particular is standing out to you more so.  You have a strong sense of will, your purpose is grand, people look up to you, people come to you for advice, usually when you’re least expecting it and you’re starting to see more of who you are because people are seeing you more than you're seeing yourself.
