No - you're not feeling light headed, dizzy and having heart palpitations and thyroid issues and whatever else you want to say it is because of some cosmic galactic wave that is coming in from other dimensions, the stars and the portal that opened on Lions Gate. 

Your body is really fucking unclean, dirty and needs a detox like REALLY badly - haven't got off your ass and exercised in like years probably - and blaming it on ascension symptoms is an absolute cop out. 

You might as well be blaming your domestic violence relationship on the Full Moon ffs 🤦🏻‍♀️

You are deflecting responsibility because you simply don't want to face the crud that comes out on a detox - and trust me, I know how bad it can be and how horrific facing feelings that you have buried and suppressed from day dot that are now feeding every virus and bacteria and fungus in your body making you gravely ill and you wonder why you're so tired all the damn time let alone not able to function because your body is seriously not coping. 

It would also mean that you would 99.99% chance - have to make some HUGE FUCKING LIFE CHANGES - like leave unhealthy toxic relationships or careers and move state even and that - well, fuck Hannah I am not ready to face that yet.. or ever. So.... Moon it is. Oh.. sorry, the portal that opened last week and is lasting until - what date did they say again? 😳🙄

Fuck ascension. We live here ffs.

There is a FINE LINE - a VERY fine line and it is VERY distinct differentiation when one is feeling the heightened energies of the cosmos streaming in on a particular astrological line up and your body just needing a massive detox or removal from a toxic relationship or environment. VERY distinct differentiation. 

Maybe just MAYBE is you stopped trying to be any other place then where you are you might just HEAL.

There is no magic instant cure, no magic bullet, no magic pill that will take away from dealing with the new grief and trauma you’ve been through in your life.

No plant medicine, no magic walking around the corners and side of it - no - you have to go THROUGH IT.

Anyone who tells you they have the magic cure or quantum leap can get fucked - there is nothing that stops your consciousness from dealing with the life you've been dealt (or apparently chosen - whatever that means) what you’ve walk through the god damn fire in your life - remember your the Phoenix - the only way to come out with your wings in tact is THROUGH that fire.

There is no out there planet that will magically cure your ailments. It takes hard god damn work and facing the deepest shit you’ve been through to heal. 

Stop the noise of ascension to another planet, realm or place other than this current reality and face your own shit.

We live here ffs.

If we were supposed to ascend to another dimension you wouldn’t have been born into this 3D world with a physical human body and last time I checked - you still have your human body somewhat in tact. 

Anything that takes you away from this reality of facing what you have been through with hard core truth and honesty and usually a huge pile of tears is a fallacy and must be steered clear of with a ten foot barge pole or you’ll end up sicker with more mental illness and wonder what just happened and where your life has been. Or gone. 

Luckily - your body, mind and spirits NATURAL state is PURE HEALTH - on ALL levels. 

Luckily - you CAN heal - on ALL levels. 

Luckily - Reality Awareness trained Healers can hold this level of space required for Humans to heal at this level. 

But you have to WANT to. 

And be prepared for your entire life to change.

But most people just don't want their entire current reality to disintegrate so they hold on.

And get sicker. And blame the Moon some more. Oh, sorry. The portals and solar flares. Oh.. sorry the wifi and 5G. Oh yeah. That too. #dontgetmestarted
