YOU CAN’T MEDITATE EMOTIONS AWAY
 
Originally stemming from the baby and childhood coping mechanisms - when a baby or child cries - the first automatic response for an adult is to shut down these very important emotions.
 
A babies cry is its only form of communication and 99% of adults instantly hush hush, shhhh, dangle keys or baby toys over the child's face, distract, rock, soothe or shove a dummy in it’s mouth.
 
YOU ARE SETTING YOUR CHILD UP FOR ADDICTIONS.
 
Anything that STOPS a human from FEELING is creating addictive patterns.
 
Some may call it ‘self soothing’ right?
 
But as soon as that child becomes a teenager - then you wonder why your child is rebelling against you and leans towards addictive tendencies whether drugs, pornography or ‘self soothing’ tendencies - but you don’t see it as self soothing at this time do you?
 
AND YET IT IS THE SAME THING YOU DID TO THEM AS CHILD - YOU HUSHED THEM 🤦🏻‍♀️
 
They were simply trying to communicate to you and you basically told them to SHUT UP.
 
Then they reach adulthood and have even more ‘bad behaviours’ and you wonder what is going on and YET IT BEGAN FROM BABYHOOD.

YOU CAN’T MEDITATE EMOTIONS AWAY
 
Anyone who tells anyone to meditation emotions away, hush their feelings, control their feelings or do something to DISTRACT THEM FROM FEELING INFURIATES ME
 
YOU ARE SHUTTING HUMANITY OFF FROM THEIR HEART WHEN YOU DO THIS FFS.
 
There is a time for meditating - yep, 100% there is. And the PURPOSE of meditation is to become the observer of your feelings/emotions - not STOP them.
 
The WORST thing you can do when someone tells you how they are feeling is to tell them how to CHANGE those feelings.
 
Sure, just like meditating, there is a time and a place for that.
 
But just like shoving that dummy in your babies mouth when they’ve been held by 50 people when they’ve just come out of the womb, or been dragged from shop to shop and feeling all these sensations that are NOT the womb and expect them to sleep peacefully and soundly - telling someone to CHANGE how they are feeling when they are IN IT is just like the grass is greener on the other side - you are not facing the reality of WHAT IS.
 
The only thing that changes it - is FACING IT.
 
This is transformation in action.
 
From society conditioning, we are TRAINED to not feel.
 
THAT IS HOW SOCIETY IS LINING UP RIGHT NOW - BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT FEELING -
 
Be compassionate with how people are feeling - not tell them to change it.
The change comes from FEELING what they are feeling.
 
Otherwise they feel unheard and end up choosing to go to the other side (commit suicide) simply because YOU ARE NOT HEARING THEM.
 
99% of the time - people simply do not know what TO say…
 
It’s simple, here are some examples:
 
~ Oh that must be so hard right now
~ Oh honey, that is fucked up
~ Oh your heart must be hurting so much
~ I am here for you, even though it doesn’t feel like it right now
~ We’ve got you
~ You’re not alone, even though it feels like it
~ Wow, that must’ve really hurt you
~ It is okay to feel this way, it means you’re human PLUS what you’ve been through is to be EXPECTED and NORMAL to feel this way
~ You’re safe, I am here
~ It’s okay to cry
~ I’ve got you
~ It’s normal to feel emotions like this
 
The Purpose of Meditation is CONNECTION
 
CONNECTION = FEELING
 
EVERYONE on this planet is looking for connection - that FEELING of that Soul Fulfilment.
 
That is why everyone takes quick fixes of drugs in some way shape or form - it is that sense of connection to something to make them feel better.
 
The way to feeling better is to FEELING, not burying, suppressing or glossing over the reality of what the HEART is feeling.

THIS is how Humanity returns. to the Heart that everyone is wanting people to wake up.
 
Start by being real with what is.
