As a mentor, you will be loved upon, hated upon, triggered upon and doted upon - sometimes all in the one day from same or different clients!

To hold a level of leadership that can withstand, let alone realise and know where your client is at and hold space for them all at the same time, whilst having solid boundaries, not taking things personally and living your life at the same time without being influenced by your work - is a skill that requires a leadership beyond superficial ‘this is the results my clients get’.

I rarely speak about what success my clients have, what they are going through or what I do for them. I rarely speak that I have clients at all and yet, I have been speaking with clients daily since April 2018 since I began my mentorship programs that I choose to be present for my clients daily. Before then, I was just doing a call here and there.

From 2018 I stepped into a depth of soul learning, let alone exponential skill learning in understanding how to hold many clients all at different levels, alongside the intuitive guidance and energetics of trauma release, shifting from unhealthy to healthy relationships, from beginning businesses, to exponentially expanding established businesses.

Being able to hold space, learn physical boundaries let alone energetic boundaries - as having a person ‘on the text message’ is an energy all on it’s own. To hold the energy for what each individual client is walking through and being able to hold space for each individual client as to where they are at and who they are becoming, takes an energy all on it’s own.

It is a skill that is experienced and acquired through the wisdom of walking such a path.

I am honoured my clients have chosen me to be the leader that holds such an energetic and physical skill. To have witnessed, growth, birth, death on all accounts, marriage, divorces, business expansion and leadership beyond what I thought was possible to be doing what I love hasn’t come easy, has taken me to dark places of initiations I didn’t see coming, but I would not trade it for the world. The Soul growth I have experienced from this place has been exponential.

And I feel like, I am only just beginning with this tip of the iceberg that Spirit has shown me.

So from this vantage point, let’s begin.
