You can feel when there is depth to the truth of an interaction you have with someone. 

That ‘high’ facade - is a flick to the next thing - releasing addictions - jumping from one addiction to the next - has no satiety, no ground roots. It’s a high that is unsustainable. 

Without sourcing the grounded connection, the true Source that ‘feeds your Soul’ - that one only holds ‘ground’ when the soil has been ploughed… you can feel that ground… or you can feel the daisy without roots. 

Some people need the daisy’s without roots.

When I had my spiritual awakening in 2005, I instantly dropped my recreational and alcoholic and drug addiction. It wasn’t until a few years later I realised spirituality became my addiction. It was a stark in your face realisation of how sneaky and captive - anything can become an addiction and what we flick to (especially the things we are ‘high’ on…) without really doing the deep inner work that not just frees our Soul - but allows the grounded sustained ability to feed us.
